Mace Graham has entertained audiences with his piano/vocal stylings in South Florida as well as throughout the United States. Mace has worked as a singer/songwriter/studio musician at numerous recording studios in Nashville, including the famed PollyFox Records; has performed as a singer/dancer in Las Vegas shows; and spent several years with Scandinavian Cruise Lines as an entertainer. He has been nominated numerous times for the Carbonell Award, the Florida Theatre Critics Award, which he won for Best Musical Director for “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas!” Locally, he has been Musical Director at The Royal Palm Theatre in Boca Raton, The Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training, and The Cuillo Theatre.

Executive Chef Philip Kroesen of the acclaimed Restaurant 44 at the Palm Beach Towers will be holding a Cooking Demonstration and Tasting on Saturday, March 16th at 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm at the Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy at 340 Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Beach.

Chef Kroesen recently received the Bailliage de Palm Beach Award of Gastronomic Excellence from the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, the oldest gastronomic society in the United States.
Each course of the delectable menu will be accompanied by a wine chosen by Master Sommelier Virginia Philip.

Truffle and Fontina Agnolotti, Sweet Corn Puree, Truffle Vinaigrette, Pistachio Crumble and Micro Basil

The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, founded in Paris in 1248. It is devoted to preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table and to promoting excellence in all areas of the hospitality arts. The Chaîne is based on the traditions and practices of the old French royal guild of meat roasters. Revived in 1950, the society has professional and amateur members in more than 70 countries worldwide. In the United States, there are more than 130 bailliages (chapters), each offering a variety of culinary activities to suit the interests of local members.
