Restaurant 44 Executive Chef Philip Kroesen to Do a Cooking Demonstration and Tasting at the Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy on Saturday, March 16th
Executive Chef Philip Kroesen of the acclaimed Restaurant 44 at the Palm Beach Towers will be holding a Cooking Demonstration and Tasting on Saturday, March 16th at 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm at the Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy at 340 Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Beach.
Chef Kroesen recently received the Bailliage de Palm Beach Award of Gastronomic Excellence from the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, the oldest gastronomic society in the United States.
Each course of the delectable menu will be accompanied by a wine chosen by Master Sommelier Virginia Philip.
