Restaurant 44’s Evening in the Alps

Restaurant 44’s Executive Chef, Philip Kroesen, spent three years working as a chef at 5 Star ski resorts in the Austrian and German Alps.  He is creating a superb apres ski feast that will evoke images of roaring fireplaces and the snow dazzled windows of chalets nestled in the Alpine peaks.

Austrian Alpine Cheese and Herb Dumpling in a Rich Chicken Broth

SECOND COURSE
JAEGERSCHNITZEL
Thinly pounded and seared Veal Cutlets with a Hunter Sauce
of braised leeks, bacon lardons and wild mushrooms
